Total Athlete Training Programs (TAT)
 

Our small group training programs are conducted in a competitively ideal training atmosphere to allow for safe and comprehensive development of each individual athlete.

Each 1.5 hour training session is divided into separate sections addressing each component of athletic performance. The 1st section is devoted primarily to flexibility, speed & agility technique and development; while the 2nd section is devoted primarily to strength, power & core development.

The TOTAL ATHLETE TRAINING program incorporates Speed, Strength, Flexibility, Injury Prevention, Core Stability, Coordination & Conditioning components that improve overall athletic performance.

Current sessions offered:
Monday - Thursday 4:30 & 6:00
Friday 5:15 & Saturday 10:00

Summer sessions offered, May 31 - August 15:
Monday - Thursday 9:00, 10:30, 3:00, 4:30 & 6:00
Friday & Saturday 9:00 & 10:30

1.5 hour training sessions
