Advanced Performance Training Program
 

Do you have the necessary physical tools to compete at the next level? Athletes who have the dedication to work hard will greatly benefit from our ADVANCED performance training programs. Our programs are designed to challenge athletes in a progressive and stimulating fashion in order to create a log-term foundation for success.

Each 1.5 hour training session is devoted to addressing a component of athletic performance in a systematic & concentrated approach. Sessions are entirely devoted to flexibility, speed & agility technique and development or entirely devoted to flexibility, strength, power & core development.

Program Components:

Flexibility - promote healthy function of soft tissue and joint range of motion
Speed & Agility - maximize efficiency of movement through 360o
Strength - training throughout the spectrum of strength qualities for sport
Regeneration - methods to improve recovery from training & competition
Conditioning - proper conditioning to improve work capacity
Injury Prevention (P.I.P.E.s) - decreases the potential for injury
Testing: (Pre and Post)
• Height, Weight and Body Fat
• Vertical jump, Broad jump
• 10, 20 & 40 yard sprint electronic times
• pro shuttle & 3-cone agility tests

Times:
Monday - Friday 9:00 - 10:30 or 10:30 - 12:00

Sessions:
Training will be offered from May 31 - September 3

Cost:
