benefit from our ADVANCED performance training programs. Our
programs are designed to challenge athletes in a progressive and
stimulating fashion in order to create a log-term foundation for
success.
Each 1.5 hour training session is devoted to addressing a
component of athletic performance in a systematic & concentrated
approach. Sessions are entirely devoted to flexibility, speed &
agility technique and development or entirely devoted to
flexibility, strength, power & core development.
Program Components:
Flexibility - promote healthy function of soft tissue and joint
range of motion
Speed & Agility - maximize efficiency of movement through 360o
Strength - training throughout the spectrum of strength qualities
for sport
Regeneration - methods to improve recovery from training &
competition
Conditioning - proper conditioning to improve work capacity
Injury Prevention (P.I.P.E.s) - decreases the potential for injury
Testing: (Pre and Post)
• Height, Weight and Body Fat
• Vertical jump, Broad jump
• 10, 20 & 40 yard sprint electronic times
• pro shuttle & 3-cone agility tests

Monday - Friday 9:00 - 10:30 or 10:30 - 12:00
