Countless athletes have benefited greatly from Coach Pucek’s NFL expertise and training systems to dramatically rise up the Draft Boards.  Xplosive Speed NFL Combine & Draft Preparation Program has trained over 120 players (including 15 1st round selections) prior to being chosen for the NFL Draft.  2009 will mark 13 Draft Classes - experience like no other!  Success like this can only be achieved through hard work, paying great attention to detail and owning a truly undeniable passion for football!

 

The Xplosive Speed NFL Combine & Draft Preparation Program begins with an extensive investigation process to determine each athlete's specific needs:

 

• In-depth Interview

• Comprehensive Orthopedic Evaluation
• Performance Assessment & Testing

• Individual Exercise Prescription (specific to each individual’s needs, strengths and limiting factors)

• Tailored Strength Program Design (customized to meet performance goals)

 

Testing and evaluation results are then used to create a tailored program which will enhance the specific goals of the client. Through this individually prescription-based process we can effectively create a synergistic training effect that greatly diminishes performance detractors and maximizes performance enhancers.

 

The Xplosive Speed NFL Combine & Draft Preparation Program effectively prepares each individual to shine at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, individual All-Star games, Pro Days and private team workouts. This intensive training program replicates all the tests each athlete will perform during the workout. We take pride in improving each athlete’s athletic ability and help raise his game to the next level by teaching skills that actually transfer to the playing field. The ultimate goal is to master each test and make a positive impression with NFL scouts, coaches and team personnel.

Xplosive Speed training program is based on a 5 day-a-week training schedule consisting of Speed Training, Strength Training, P.I.P.E.s, Regeneration, Combine Specific and Video Analysis sessions.  We are looking forward to yet another exceptional training season filled with tremendous gains and great results.  We have an official starting date of Monday January 5, 2009.  However, any player is welcome to begin training before this date if the proper arrangements have been made.

 

The Xplosive Speed NFL Combine & Draft Preparation Program is an intensive multi-session program [see Typical Weekly Training Schedule below].  Extra sessions (not listed in the chart) are provided for nutritional consulting, video analysis breakdown and any other special needs for weight management or physical therapy.
