The Xplosive Speed High School Football Combine Prep Program was created to help each athlete test and score higher at any Combine event. It is so crucial to perform well at these events to catch the eyes of college coaches and recruiters.

 

This comprehensive training program effectively creates a synergistic training effect that greatly diminishes performance detractors and maximizes performance enhancers.

 

This intensive training program replicates all the tests each athlete will perform during the Combine workout. We take pride in improving each athlete’s athletic ability and help raise his game to the next level by teaching skills that actually transfer to the playing field. The ultimate goal is to master each test and make a positive impression with collegiate recruiters, coaches and school personnel.

Xplosive Speed High School Football Combine Prep training program is based on a 5 day-a-week training schedule consisting of proper Warm-ups, Speed Training, Strength& Power Training, Injury Prevention, Regeneration, Combine Specific Tests and Flexibility. 

 

The Xplosive Speed High School Football Combine Prep training philosophy is built upon the principal of teaching athletes how to use their bodies much more proficiently.  We fully develop and integrate the abilities necessary to transfer faster, more explosive movement skills to the football field.  As methodology is the backbone of any training system, the recipe for success is simple - when the finest program design meet hard working athletes – great things happen!
